DELIVERY & SHIPPING

All orders displayed as in stock will generally be sent out within 10 working days. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, when you fill in your delivery country. If an out of stock item for any reason has not been updated you will be contacted through email or phone as soon as possible. All of our prices are in €. International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.

‍PICK UP YOUR ORDER
Next to regular shipping we also offer the possibility to pick up your order at our Amsterdam studio. If you want to do so you can select "pick up at our Amsterdam office" at checkout. When you select this option we will email you the time options for your pick up.

‍ORDERS FOR SINGLE EDITIONS OR ABOVE €500,-
Please note that the shipping costs for the *single edition art pieces depend on the weight and size and country of destination. You will be billed separately once your order is placed and I will get in touch with you about it.
In order to avoid additional shipping costs that are automatically calculated at checkout, please choose the pick up option, but please make sure your delivery address is filled out correctly.

‍ORDER TRACKING
All orders sent by May Liok are traceable. You will receive tracking information as soon as information has been sent to the courier. It may take the courier up to 24h from receiving the parcel to make the link & tracking information able to trace. If for some reason you are not able to trace your package 24h after receiving the tracking, please contact us at info@mayliok.com

‍I did not receive my package, what can I do?
In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item to you because you weren't at home, please try reaching the carrier via email and/or telephone. If this is not solving the problem please contact us at info@mayliok.com.If the carrier eventually ships the item back to us, and you still want it, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs. Otherwise we'll refund the full amount without the original shipment costs. 

‍VAT & DUTIES
All ceramic pieces are shown including 9% VAT. Please ensure you take into account any potential customs and import fees and taxes before you place your order. They are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied on orders shipped to countries outside the EU.

‍RETURNS, CLAIMS, WARRANTY & DAMAGED GOODS
All sales are final and we do not accept any returns.Pre-orders and made to order items can solely be cancelled before production has started.

CLAIMS & WARRANTY
For complaints due to quality issues please contact us through info@mayliok.com and send us detailed pictures and descriptions of what is wrong with the item along with your ORDER NUMBER (found in the order confirmation e-mail). E-mail to info@mayliok.com

‍PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to mayliok.com. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by mayliok.com. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to mayliok.com, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, mayliok.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

‍GENERAL CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF OBJECTS
Ceramic: Special care should be taken when stacking and washing ceramics. Avoid thermal shock from rapid heating and cooling and do not use strong detergents.
Vessels: To simplify the cleaning process of the vases we recommend using a smaller vessel inside the vase to hold your flowers. Please note that the vases could not be entirely watertight.
